If life is what you make it, I want to be covered in chocolate!

I am slowly incorporating my crafts back into my life. Life had felt so chaotic and busy I had put the crafting aside. I now realize that in the midst of the chaos and confusion they give me some peace.

So the way I look at it is… as expensive as my hobby is, it’s still cheaper then a shrink!

So this weekend in preparation for the crazy week ahead I made a card using my Infinite Goodness stamps from Stampin Up.  It’s one of my favorite sets.

I also made a double folded card for my co worker Sean. I am putting a Gift Card in the front for him for his bday.

This style has quickly become one of my favorites. I am going to make a bunch to sell at my work’s Xmas bazaar this year. Gift Card holders are always handy to have and I have made quite a few for different friends. I will soon be working two jobs and my mental stability and sleepy time will probably both take a hit. SO I am sure there will be a lot more crafting.

Have a great week ladies!

It’s true I have been gone for quite some time, but no matter how lost I get rest assured I will always find my way home. Hi ladies I’ve missed ya. :-)

As I mentioned in an earlier post I have been commissioned by a dear friend to create for her some beautiful baby shower invites. My beautiful Bella will soon be giving birth to identical twin girls. Making the shower invites for her was a huge honor. Not to mention endeavore, she wanted a 100. Sheesh those NY girls sure no how to party! Well I told her with my busy work schedule I couldn’t do 100 but 40 I would manage.

The theme she told me was butterflies and ladybugs. My first creation of which I have made 15 is:

The second set of 15 is using a different ribbon I thought was pretty. It is girlie but hopefully not to girlie…

So far I have only those. I will be making her a 3rd style so she will have a total of 45 invites. I will have them all done in the next two weeks hopefully. I will post the next design, haha after I come up with it.

Have a great night ladies, it’ s good to be back!

Sorry ladies but it’s difficult to post pic’s with no USB cord. I was finally able to purchase one after payday so TADA… my recent creations from a card session with one of my good friends Amy…

It made for a fun night with friends.

A Big Giant THANK YOU goes out to Deb who was so sweet as to share her Bella’s with me. A blessing and a curse, as now I’m hooked and need my own. Thanks Deb,  LOL!

I also was using Amy’s inks and realized all the colors I choose were from Stampin Up’s Rich Regals so that will be my next color family purchase as I already have Earth Elements, Bold Brights and the In Color.

FYI… I have been commissioned to make baby shower invites for twins. If anyone knows where I could get some Fabulous twin stamps please let me know as they are harder to find then I thought.  Thanks!

Happy Crafting girls!
